Station, Lender Agreement Denied
Station Casinos struck a deal with its lenders, agreeing to pay the lenders’ fees if they dropped a request to appoint an independent examiner in the company’s bankruptcy case. Bankruptcy Judge Gregg Zive rejected the deal, citing the exorbitant fees as a detriment to Station’s emergence from bankruptcy.
