Ohioans To Vote On Another Casino Initiative

Ohio voters in May will be asked to approve a tweak to Issue 3, a constitutional amendment that passed in November. The new amendment, approved by the legislature, would let one of the four casinos authorized, in Columbus, be relocated from the Arena District (l.) to a former auto parts factory.
