Harrah’s: We’ll Pay To End Greyhound Racing

Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. has made an offer it hopes that the state of Iowa can’t refuse: to pay $70 million over seven years in return for the state dropping the requirement that its two racetracks offer greyhound racing.
